Kamdham is a user-friendly mobile-based app to help reverse migrants families/ individuals to register themselves with skill set details. The application can map individuals by their skill details by location, set up skill guilds and can support these individuals for alternative work provisions within their district or state. This can create greater opportunity for reversed migrants at local, state and national level by setting up the technology-based platform and promote gig-economy.
Service seekers are moving towards a gig economy for reasons such as cost-cutting and skilled workforce.
Network for Enterprise Enhancement and Development Support (NEEDS), a trust established in 1998, to intervene in selected poverty-stricken pockets of Bihar and Jharkhand to bring a significant change in the life of women, children and the community. NEEDS continues to support the roll-out of Government flagship programs and schemes by frequently being appointed by the Government as Resource Organization, Nodal Agency, Mother NGO, Auditor, Advisor & Consultant to advise, implement, monitor and evaluate as well as to coordinate with other CSOs and CBOs for integrated efforts. NEEDS is the member of various committees of Government viz. State Resource Team of Gram Panchayat Development Planning (GPDP), Resource Team Member of MGNREGA convergence for horticulture in Jharkhand, Member of Gram Panchayat performance rating team, District Nutrition Resource Team. NEEDS is also a distinguished partner of the Jharkhand State NRLM- JSLPS.
