Welcome to Kamdham app, an initiative of NEEDs. Kamdham App will be referred to in this document as "NEEDs", "we", "us", "our" and by other cognate terms as the context may demand.
Kamdham app to help reverse migrants families/ individuals to register themselves with skill set details. The application can map individuals by their skill details by location, set up skill guilds and can support these individuals for alternative work provisions within their district or state. This can create greater opportunity for reversed migrants at local, state and national level by setting up the technology-based platform and promote gig-economy.
Registration
Only adults can register with Kamdham App. No minor can register with Kamdham App.
Before you can use the services provided by Kamdham App you have to register yourself. While registering you have to truthfully provide all information necessary to complete registration. In case information is not truthfully provided Kamdham App reserves the right to suspend services as soon as such fact comes to its notice.
Kamdham App reserves unconditionally the right to refuse registration or refuse to provide services even after registration has been accepted.
Information collect and use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
We are collecting the information from the Registration and enquiry form only.
We use the information that you give us to improve the services that we provide, provide services that are specific to your requirements, customize future services for you, upgrade our software and target advertisements.
We also use the information to make our services more secure, deny access to spammers and improve the security and privacy of our systems.
NEEDS shares information that it collects with third party service providers with whom it works, its own affiliates and subsidiaries and advertisers. We also use the information that we have to target our advertisements and promotional mails.
